MM Race Team Adult Race Training
Our Senior Race Groups are designed for adult skiers who are looking to improve their performance in Giant Slalom and Slalom, whether their goal is to achieve the Eurotest, BASI ISIA Speed Test, compete in Masters races, or simply become stronger all round skiers.
Race training has long been recognised as one of the most effective ways to improve skiing technique. The combination of structured gate training, technical feedback and performance focused coaching helps athletes develop greater precision, confidence and efficiency, both in and out of the gates.
For those pursuing instructor qualifications, MM Race Team provides a clear pathway towards the Eurotest (CTT) and the BASI ISIA Speed Test, with guidance available on training, test selection and the qualification process itself. For recreational racers and ambitious skiers, our programmes offer a challenging and rewarding environment in which to continue developing throughout the ski season.
Our programmes include:
- Autumn race training camps in Hintertux, Austria
- Weekly training groups throughout the winter in Val d'Isère
- Attendance and race day support at Eurotests, BASI ISIA Speed Tests and FFS (Fédération Française de Ski) competitions across Savoie
Coaching is delivered by some of the UK's most qualified and experienced race coaches. MM Race Team operates in partnership with Mountain Masters Ski School in Val d'Isère.
The MM Race programme is a brilliant introduction to ski racing for children that have developed a passion for skiing already. Top level coaching is combined with fun and competitive race training. The broad range of abilities catered for and the way it works around a family ski holiday is pretty unique in the world of junior racing. Many will go on to take their training more seriously, but all will take away skills that will serve them well all over the mountain and in life. The ability to train away from busy pistes is a huge attraction during the peak holiday weeks.

Rupert and the MM Race team have been amazing for our 4 kids - we have now got 3 confident racers and one soon to be! The lessons are always fun, the instructors are so engaging and the kids have a blast! It is well organised, has a great structure and fantastic results! MM Race Team is a fabulous extension to the brilliant MM ski school programmes. Our 12 year old son had graduated through all other levels & needed a new challenge! While he could ski almost everything reasonably well and fast (too much at times!) He lacked a little technique. MM Race is perfect - it's kept his competitive energy flowing and really focuses on technique. He's getting faster and his skiing looks so much better too! Our 9 year old daughter will join MM Race next winter too. Big shout out to the instructors, who really are second to none, both metaphorically and literally - Rupert wins the 'Fleche' almost every week! Chapeau MM Race Team!
