MM Race Team Kids Groups
MM Race Team was founded on the principle of introducing young athletes to ski racing in an inclusive and encouraging environment. Our priority is to ensure that children enjoy the sport and build a lifelong passion for skiing, whilst developing the skills, confidence and mindset needed to progress both on and off the slopes.
Coaching is delivered by some of the UK's most qualified and experienced ski coaches, and the programme has grown significantly in recent years. MM Race Team is part of Mountain Masters Ski School in Val d'Isère.
Our Kids Race Groups specialise in the technical disciplines of Giant Slalom and Slalom, providing a strong foundation for alpine ski racing. Through a combination of gate training, free skiing and targeted technical exercises, athletes develop their skiing technique, race understanding and confidence in gates. Whether they are taking their first steps into racing or already competing regularly, our structured approach allows every athlete to progress at a level appropriate to their age and experience.

The MM Race programme is a brilliant introduction to ski racing for children that have developed a passion for skiing already. Top level coaching is combined with fun and competitive race training. The broad range of abilities catered for and the way it works around a family ski holiday is pretty unique in the world of junior racing. Many will go on to take their training more seriously, but all will take away skills that will serve them well all over the mountain and in life. The ability to train away from busy pistes is a huge attraction during the peak holiday weeks.

Rupert and the MM Race team have been amazing for our 4 kids - we have now got 3 confident racers and one soon to be! The lessons are always fun, the instructors are so engaging and the kids have a blast! It is well organised, has a great structure and fantastic results! The kids make friends with their groups and look forward to reconnecting each holiday. We can highly recommend MM Race Team!

MM Race Team is a fabulous extension to the brilliant MM ski school programmes. Our 12 year old son had graduated through all other levels & needed a new challenge! While he could ski almost everything reasonably well and fast (too much at times!) He lacked a little technique. MM Race is perfect - it's kept his competitive energy flowing and really focuses on technique. He's getting faster and his skiing looks so much better too! Our 9 year old daughter will join MM Race next winter too. Big shout out to the instructors, who really are second to none, both metaphorically and literally - Rupert wins the 'Fleche' almost every week! Chapeau MM Race Team!
